We are seeking candidates for a Patient Care Coordinator/Front desk admin position.
Our admin team works closely with our 15 providers and additional staff in all aspects of caring for patients and their families, including checking in patients, answering phones, making appointments, and other administrative tasks.
Ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, take initiative, be flexible and adapt well to changes.
Must be able to communicate effectively, and be capable of using a computer system as well as a multisystem phone line.
Must possess excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and enjoy working as part of a team.
Previous medical experience and experience with EPIC is a plus.
The schedule of this position is Monday-Friday 8a-5p.
This position is also part of a Saturday and holiday rotation (working 1-2 holidays per year and no more than 1 Saturday every couple of months).
The hours for holidays and weekends are 8a-11am and are paid at time and a half.
