You will:
Manage and support an LMS team.
Monitor team performance, mentor, support and lead the team.
Ensure clients receive professional and efficient technical support.
Oversee all learning administration activities for the client's US employees and content owners Ensure efficient, compliant operation of the company's learning systems Manage team of learning administrators to support employees and content owners in the United States Oversee routine learning operational activities (course creation, content testing, assessment creation, course assignment) Manage support tickets generated by end user and content owners Generate reports and monitor training compliance and adherence to service levels Participate in development and continuous improvement for business processes Participate in defining US business unit specific requirements for system enhancements Participate in audits and support all compliance requests.
Be responsible for monitoring learning administration activities and ensure compliance to global procedures and standards and service levels.
Interact frequently with Commercial Learning and Development (content owners, key stakeholders), Learning Teams within United States (content owners), other learning administrators within all areas of the company, global learning solutions team members and Global IT supporting learning systems and employees of the United States (as customers).
