We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Talent Assistant to join our team.
As a Talent Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our talent management department and contribute to the smooth operation of our talent acquisition and management processes.
You will assist in coordinating talent-related activities, liaise with talent agents and representatives, and ensure seamless communication between talent and internal teams.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the entertainment industry.
The Staffing Representative is responsible for sourcing, screening and placing employees in a variety of positions.
The Staffing Representative will also provide administrative support to the HR Department.
Responsibilities:
Screen applicants using a variety of screening methods (e.
g.
interviews, background checks and reference checks) and conduct structured interviews using one or more of the following methods:
E-ZPass Check DMV Check Social Security Number Check Criminal Background Check Reference Check Pre-Employment Screening Employee Screening Compensation Adjustment Post-Employment Screening Employee Referral Employee Retention Referral The Staffing Representative will also perform administrative duties such as preparing reports, scheduling interviews and meetings, responding to requests by Company employees and external employees.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle a high volume of calls from employees.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
Knowledge of Kronos is a plus but not required.
The ability to use the Kronos computer system is a must.
