We are hiring the best candidate to be our first impression with clients, provide enthusiastic, organized command at the front desk and create smooth client flow throughout each day.

Excellent telephone speaking skills Ability to connect with people well, demonstrating a warm, welcoming energy.
Superior organizational skills Computer savvy with attention to detail in scheduling and emails Flexible and willing to act as a team player Exemplary communication skills with clients, staff and general public Willingness to learn booking software, reward programs and become proficient in explaining all services and retail products Able to manage the flow of a busy clinic, and maintain a calm environment for our guests Maintain a professional appearanceand positive calm demeanor Full Time Position Min 2 yr busy reception experience in a Salon, Spa, or Medspa!
