Responsibilities:
Supports the overall activities associated with the interview process for North American hiring; including calendar coordination, communication, assessment scheduling and travel and expenses Liaisons with candidates and interviewers for availability, addresses and remediates issues in support of the interview scheduling process Prepares schedules and communicates with candidates, interviewers and recruiters Assists with onsite interview coordination when needed Prepares interview rooms for assessments when required Statuses and communicates with candidates in the applicant tracking system and via other technical solutions in support of schedulingRequirements-HS diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred-Minimum 2 years of direct scheduling experience; talent acquisition or staffing experience preferred-Advanced calendar management required-Excellent communication skills required-Ability to utilize multiple tools and technologies including applicant tracking system, excel, word, outlook and interview scheduling technology-Excellent organization skills; strong attention detail-Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks-Ability to maintain confidentiality required Recruiting Coordinator Recommended Skills Assessments Communication Confidentiality Coordinating Recruitment Requirement Prioritization Apply to this job.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
