Summary:
Seeking a Systems Application Analyst to support the implementation and enhancement of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
Support implementation of CMDB and migrate existing asset inventories.
Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators & developers for additional functionality and reporting.
Develop systems administration SOPs.
Craft implementation architectures from requirements or high-level specs.
Provide support for asset management and compliance tracking using tools, databases.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Must Have:
Equipment lifecycle management expertise (computers, servers, mobility).
Experience in implementation and operational support.
Proficiency with ServiceNow Administration, ITOM Development, IT Operations Management, IT Service Management, Multi-Source CMDB Administration.
Systems Architecture experience.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Skills in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
Ability to implement and automate security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation.
Interface design acumen.
Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM Development.
Experience with full software lifecycle automation and testing tools.
Competency in determining systems specifications, system analysis, systems configuration.
Clearance:
Active security clearance required (secret/top secret).
Work from Home:
Virtual position; must reside within 100 miles of specified location for occasional lab visits.
Interview Process:
Two rounds of Zoom interviews; first with hiring manager and ServiceNow manager, second with additional team members as needed.
Pay Details:
$66.
00 to $88.
