Who are we looking for? Wilson Farm, Lexington, MA seeks an experienced, hands-on manager to lead our e-commerce Department.
This is a full-time, in-store position - no remote option (5 days, 45-50 hours/week, which may evolve as you get to know the business and during our peak seasons, holidays and events, will likely increase).
This position starts at $28.

We are all about team work here! Primary responsibilities for E-Commerce Manager:
Maintain and expand e-commerce presence Assist in maintaining inventory and pricing on e-commerce platforms Oversee customers' online shopping experience including but not limited to initiating and completing selection process for customers' online orders; assisting in retrieving and filling customer orders accurately and on time; and working with customers and customer service to keep customers happy Work with the Marketing Department in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition Develop analytics on the e-commerce business to yield improvements Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies to improve e-commerce performance Provide analysis of key business metrics and site performance Assist in managing and controlling expenditures Lead/manage small team of in-store shoppers, including scheduling Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in e-commerce - ideally with food-specific retail, event planning or hospitality industry Flexible and adaptable work style (priorities can shift quickly), can-do attitude Enthusiastic, innovative and outgoing personality
Qualifications:
Experience with both MACs and PCs Proficient with Adobe Dreamweaver and online shopping platforms including Shopify, TicketSpice, Mercato/Doordash/GrubHub/Instacart, etc.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication skills:
