8 Lexington, MA Lexington, MA Part-time Part-time $18 an hour $18 an hour We are seeking a part-time Pool Monitor to support the fitness program by monitoring the pool to ensure resident safety.
In search of a candidate that has the flexibility to work either a morning or an afternoon shift depending on the needs of the department.
Pay Rate:
$18 per hour
Responsibilities:
Track resident attendance at pool programs Ensure resident safety during pool hours Follow safety and rescue policies and procedures and emergency call procedures Keep pool area and locker rooms safe and neat Enforce pool rules and health regulations Report equipment/environment issues Report resident issues
Qualifications:
Looking for a responsible individual Able to swim and get into water Must successfully complete water safety training (provided by Brookhaven) Must be able to interact professionally with Brookhaven residents and staff Must be able to work independently with limited direction Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
