This position is located in the Electronic Systems sites within Massachusetts providing HR Business Partner support to the local employee and management community.
In partnership with Shared Services colleagues, assist in the roll-out and delivery of HR programs to site employees and management, which may include new hire orientation, performance management, merit, training, surveys, and reductions in force. Resolve assigned cases and employee relations issues, conducting timely and effective investigations as required. Provide HR leadership for programs including Diversity & Inclusion, Wellness, and Great workplace programs. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations; serve as the site EEO/AA officer.
Act as a strategic business partner with assigned customers through understanding desired business outcomes required at a tactical and strategic level. Advise and guide management in the implementation and delivery of HR programs and the optimization of organizational effectiveness. Mitigate human capital related business risks and support compliance activities. Collaborate with and direct the support of the Centers of Expertise (COE), and all elements of the HR function to ensure the delivery of world class HR services and programs to address critical business needs and employ effective measures of success. Create a more competitive organization by driving to reduce the cost of HR service delivery. Partner with leadership on driving a culture that is diverse and inclusive. Help drive business success by reviewing and analyzing HR metrics to monitor performance and identify actionable trends. Support the integration of new business as required. Provide change management leadership as required and provide project management for assigned key HR projects.
Travel between Massachusetts and New Hampshire Facilities up to 20%.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and twelve (12) years of related experience in the HR field. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, strong HR Generalist experience, strong Employee Relations experience, and ability to work in a matrix environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Preferred Skills: Five (5) or more years of Employee Relations experience and Active Secret clearance preferred. Working knowledge of state and federal employment regulations. Experience as an EEO/AA Officer.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
