Job Title: Systems Engineer
Location: Lexington, MA
Duration: 12 months and 40hr/wk

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Systems Engineer to assist a team in a Research and Development environment.
Tasks and
Responsibilities:
Ability to participate in the specification, design and implementation of FPGA based real-time systems
Design implementation using the Xilinx tool chains including Vivado, EDK, ISE, System Generator from FPGA concept to finish product
Multiple disciplines of work including System Architecture, hardware/Software tradeoffs, detailed design/coding simulation and timing closure
Interface to other engineering disciplines such as Systems, Software, Mechanical, Thermal and Power
Required Experience and Skills:
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Related Field
Xilinx Virex 6 FPGA development using VHDL/Verilog high level languages
Previous experience with FPGA based Digital Signal Processing and Embedded Control Systems.
Proficient in hardware and software bring up in a laboratory environment
Familiarity with embedded software design with ARM, Microblaze and Zynq processors is a plus

years of experience with FPGA-based real-time systems
Ability to work in a team
Good communication skills
Experience with radar systems and radar systems theory is desirable
