Summary:
Commercial and Compliance Operations Specialist

Primary responsibilities for this role are to ensure operational excellence, effective implementation, and compliance with Professional Education Initiatives. Main responsibilities include the day to day management of:
Charitable and Sponsorship requests and associated Management System, the 3rd Party portal and RSVP websites, the Nominating, Qualifying and Contracting Site, Consultancy Program Review ProEd Operations including suppliers management, adherence to policy and procedures, as well as other relevant tasks as appropriate.

Duties and Responsibilities

Process the charitable and sponsorship requests submitted through the Grant Management system; Provide on-going charitable and sponsorship information to Sales and Marketing; Assist organizations with the submission process and inquires with the grant management system; Serve as the liaison between Shire internal customers and the requesting organizations; Ensures requests are processed timely and are compliant with the Charitable and Sponsorship policies; Review and update the charitable/sponsorship guide as needed; Conduct internal monitoring of completed requests to ensure requests are aligned with the policy; Lead monthly Charitable and Sponsorship Review Committee meetings; Provide support as needed; Manage day-to-day operations of 3rd party portals and registration sites; Provide ongoing assistance to site users (Vendors and HCPs); Review data entered by vendors to ensure accuracy; Provide reports and metrics as requested; Provide feedback and recommendations; Facilitates the process for nomination, qualifying, and contracting of HCPs and non-HCPs; Act as system administrator, providing on-going support to colleagues; Address all system issues and manage system enhancement; Prepare reports and provide metrics as needed; Provide feedback and recommendations as appropriate; Create and manage CPR calendar based on BU need; Coordinate and attend all meetings; Prepare agenda and necessary materials & distribute to CPR Review Committee prior to meetings; Provide on-going support as needed; Responsible for all post meeting doc collection; Manage CPR SharePoint site; Manages Contracting, Purchase Orders, Phasing, 30 day Deliverables and Reconciliations for all ProEd projects; Facilitate on-going meeting with ProEd Strategic Partners; Facilitate new vendor on-boarding process; Coordinate all operational workload and set priorities; Understand OIG and other key regulatory guidelines; Develop and maintain SOPs, files, processes; Conducts appropriate training seminars for internal colleagues; Update C&S Sales Training presentations

Requirements and Skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
