KBW has partnered with an industry leader in their search for a Manager of Global Payroll.
Being responsible for all payroll this role is targeted on process standardization, compliance and program management.
You should be a successful leader with a desire to change processes for organizational improvement.
Core
Responsibilities:
Oversee the global payroll function and ensure standardization of process
Ensure local compliance in all regions
Process design and implementation
Oversee all new systems projects.
Manage payroll vendor relationships.
Run RFP processes and contract negotiations.
Implement controls to ensure the accuracy of payroll processes.
Requirements Include:
10
years of payroll management experience.
Previous experience with a payroll of more than 1500 employees
Demonstrated business process design and problem solving skills.
Exposure to multi site global payroll
Certified Payroll Professional preferred
Strong systems skills
