The Advanced Sensor Systems and Test Beds Group (Group 33) develops and demonstrates advanced sensor system and command and control concepts incorporating emerging technologies in autonomy, distributed systems, signal and data processing algorithms, architectures and techniques. Major activities within the group include system concept development for RF and optical systems, modeling and simulation, signal processing algorithm design, RF and optical system design and development, experimental field testing and data analysis and development of one-of-a-kind operational and experimental test assets. The group has expertise in adaptive sensor array processing for both radar and communications, advanced real-time software techniques, signal detection and estimation, communications, and systems analysis. The group conducts a significant amount of field testing and data collection to prove new concepts and collaborates with other groups throughout the Laboratory for real-time prototype implementation, experiment execution, and systems analysis

Job Description


Group 33 is seeking an Electrical Engineer. The successful candidate must be versatile and willing to work all aspects of a project, including, but not limited to:
test planning and logistics, hardware, software, and system integration, deployment and data collection, data analysis, and system engineering. Familiarity with either MATLAB or Python programming languages is plus. Candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment, and embrace challenges and solve those challenges quickly. Being a good team member is of paramount importance, as well as the ability to work independently with modest guidance from the Group Office as well as more senior technical staff. Also required is the ability to work effectively with technicians to specify, build, and integrate RF and optical systems.

MS degree in related field required. In lieu of MS degree, a BS in related field and five years of experience will be considered.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
